Dear Michelle, Patty Claire, Mark and Paul, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom did indeed have a sparkle in her eye, magnetism, an energy to enjoy life and love those around her. She was welcoming and generous. She would give you anything~people were what mattered to her. She raised a beautiful family. I had wonderful summers at your house- singing, eating, playing outside even after dark and just being young! I have wonderful memories of your family and the closeness we once shared. My prayers are with you. I just found out this week. Love, Kathy Ward

My Dearest Newell Family,
May God comfort you and hold you close during this very difficult time.
I was not aware of Mrs. Newell's death because I was out of town. I was so stunned when I returned to work and heard the news.
The day I took care of your mother was one of my most memorable days in my nursing career. You all were such a beautiful family and very loving towards your mother. Remember your mom adopted me that day "Her Wild Irish Rose". Your mom smiled alot that day and I was honored to be her nurse and your sibling for the day.
I know your mother is a beautiful "Rose" sitting in God's most beautiful garden. I will never forget Mrs. Newell or her family. May your memories bring you comfort.
God Bless you all

There is sadness here but rejoicing in Heaven as Claire enters the gates.
It was always a reward to spend time with Claire. She would always make you feel like a special person. What a gift she was to "five only children". Very blessed you were and now you are in my prayers during this sad time of saying good-bye. Fondly, Theresa McGettingan Kennedy
