Margaret Roxborough Obituary



ROXBOROUGH, MARGARET B., 74 - of Millville, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, September 27, 2008 at the S.J. Regional Medical Center, Vineland, after a brief illness. Born in West Va., to the late Austin and Edith (Stevens) Jones, she was a home maker that enjoyed doing arts and crafts, cooking, spending time with her family and going to yard sales. Margaret leaves to cherish her memories a loving and devoted companion Domingo Martell, three daughters Betty Jean Askins, Sadie Hamer, and Cecilia (Charles) Hope, one brother Marcus G. Jones, one sister Sadie Witherspoon, 14 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Margaret was preceded in death by twos sons Aaron G. and William A. Roxborough. Services will be held Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the First Baptist Church of Woodbine, at 12 noon where friends may view 2 hours prior to services. At the family's request there will be no final viewing. Interment will be held at the Seaside Cemetery immediately following services. Friends and family may send condolences to the family through the funeral homes website www.edwardsandsonfuneralhome.com. Services are entrusted to Edwards & Son Funeral Homes, Inc. Bridgeton & Salem.
