Phyllis Dauito Obituary



DAUITO, PHYLLIS ANN, (TARPELLI) 75 - of Vineland, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at her home surrounded by her family. Born to the late Alfi and Rosann Tarpelli she was a lifelong resident. Phyllis and husband Anthony (Bud) founded Dauito Express in the early 1950's. Prior to her illness she helped run Budget Truck Repair for many years. She was an active member of St. Rose of Lima Church in Newfield, Co.# 3 Fire Dept., and the Lady's Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, cooking and caring for her family. Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Anthony (Bud) Dauito, two sons, William and his wife, Gina of Newfield, Anthony, Jr. and his wife Susan of Vineland, two daughters, Rochelle Carlino, and her husband Michael of Vineland, Denise Bramble and her husband Chuck of Vineland, brother, Wayne Tarpelli and his wife Lynn of Norma, sister-in-law, Marie Marcacci of Vineland, sister-in-law, Sarah Armellini and her husband Jules of Vineland, ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Evangeline and her husband, Romeo Gelsi, and brother-in-law, James Marcacci. A funeral home visitation will be held on Friday, October 24, 2008 from 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturday, October 25, 2008 8:30 am to 9:30 am at Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ A Funeral Liturgy will be held Saturday at 10:00 am at St. Rose Of Lima Church, 104 Catawba Avenue, Newfield. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
