Jessica L. Mortensen

MORTENSEN, JESSICA L., 27 - of Villas, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Born in Somerset to Carmen and the late Barbara Denesevich, she moved to Cape May County seven years ago and resided in Villas for the last four years. She attended Tabernacle United Methodist Church. She was a certified nursing assistant at Eastern Shore Nursing Home. She was a member of 4-H and enjoyed horses, especially riding and shows. She was a big Eagles fan. Mrs. Mortensen is survived by her husband, Eric; her daughter, Taylor; her son, Zachary; her father, Carmen Denesevich of Baptistown; her brother, Jason Denesevich of Plainfield; her sisters, Lisa Sullivan and her husband, Kevin of Baltimore, MD, and Valerie Strukle and her husband, Dave of Madison, WI; her father in law and mother in law, Al and Barbara Mortensen; her brothers in law, Joshua Mortensen, and Matthew Mortensen and his wife, Renee; and many nieces and one nephew. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where viewing will begin at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be in Tabernacle United Methodist Church Cemetery, Erma.
