TERESA D. "HONEY" NEVILLE

NEVILLE, TERESA D. "HONEY" 91 - of Atlantic City, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, September 3, 2009 at home surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Shamokin, PA, "Honey", as Teresa was affectionately known to her friends and family and as Grandma to her neighbors, resided in Atlantic City most of her life. She was a graduate of Holy Spirit High School Class of 1936. During WWII, Honey held a Clerical position with the US Army Special Forces and later as a secretary in the principal's office at Atlantic City High School. Honey loved being with her family and relatives, going to the Casinos and playing Bingo with her friends. Teresa Neville is predeceased by her husband Thomas J. Neville; son Daniel J. Neville, her sister Marion McCormick and brother James Omlor. She is survived by her son Thomas Neville (Kristen), daughter Terry Earl (Don) and grandchildren Nikki Neville, Daniel Neville, Patrick Neville, Jaime Earl and Terry Earl and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial for Teresa Neville will be Celebrated 10:00am Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church 2651 Atlantic Avenue, AC. Friends may call from 9:00am at the Church. The Rite of Committal will be offered at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing, following Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Our Lady Star of the Sea School 15 North California Avenue, AC or to AtlantiCare Hospice 1406 Doughtey Road, Pleasantville, NJ. 08232.
