David Reese

REESE, DAVID, 81 - of Vineland, passed away on Tuesday evening in the SJH Reg. Med. Ctr., Vineland. Mr. Reese was born in Taylor, PA & was a lifelong Vineland city resident. He was the son of the late Ruth (Davis) & David T. Reese & the father of the late William Reese. Before retiring in 1989, Dave was employed as an Electrician for the Coffey & Coyle Electrical Contractors, Audubon. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of W.W. II serving as an Electrician 1st Class aboard the U.S.S. Miami. Over the years Dave enjoyed traveling & camping. He is survived by his wife of 57 yrs: Nancy J. (nee Perkins); one son: Robert & wife Erika Reese; two daughters: Fay & husband Craig Platania, Sharon & husband Jeff Sautter, all of Vineland and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted by his pastor the Rev. Paul Barreca on Friday at 12:00 PM in the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vld., with burial to follow in the Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Relatives & friends will be received on Thursday evening from 7:00-9:00 PM & again on Friday from 11:30-12:00 Noon at Pancoast's.
