Frances Kelly Obituary
KELLY, FRANCES (nee PREVARD), 62 - of Atlantic City, departed this life surrounded by her family on November 3rd in the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Ctr of Atlantic City. Born in Atlantic City, she attended the local public schools. She worked as a bank teller at First National Bank, as a nurse's aide at the Westside Convalescent Center and lastly as a Child Care Provider. A former member of the Islamic community, she is survived by: her companion, Calvin DeShields; two daughters, Leslie Prevard of Atlantic City and Lee Prevard of Millville; four sons, Wesley Jamal Prevard, Jaleel Ademola Prevard, Thomas Omar Kelly and Zachary Malik DeSheilds, all of Atlantic City; three sisters, Ida Mobley of Phila., Pa., Kathy Adams of Egg Harbor Twp. and Sherry Naji (Hamin) of Brigantine; grandchildren: 15, one great-grandchild; her parents, a son, Winerd, two sisters, Sandy and Betty and a brother, Woodrow, all preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 7th at 1pm in New Hope Baptist Church, 704 Lexington Ave. No viewing. Burial at Lincoln Memorial Park of Mays Landing.
