Mary Marrandino Obituary



MARRANDINO, MARY ROSE, (Karch), 91 - of Margate, went to be with the Lord Jesus on Friday, November 9, 2007 at Shore Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. I Daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Karch, she was born in Allentown, PA and at age ten, moved with her family, to Atlantic City, where she attended Holy Spirit High School. She served God's people by feeding, offering shelter and clothing the poor. She will be lovingly remembered for her great faith in God, a gift that she gave to her family, and for her unconditional devotion to her family. Mary is predeceased by her husband of 40 years, popular musician band leader, Angelo Marrandino. She is survived by her sons, Donald A. (Patricia), of Brigantine, Paul (Gail) of Absecon; daughters, Rosemary T. and her fiancee Eugene Provenzano, of Ventnor, and Patricia Marrandino of Margate, and her grandson Brian who were here primary care givers with Rosemary. She is also survived by grandchildren, Don (Carol) of Las Vegas, Paul (Linda) of Brigantine, Luanne (Jason) Klemm of Brigantine, Paul Marrandino of New York and Melissa (Michael) Owen of Texas; and eight great grandchildren. A viewing will be held Tuesday morning from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. at St James R.C. Church, Ventnor, with funeral mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. Int. Holy Cross Cemetery Mays Landing. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Padre Pio's Shrine, Rt. 40, PO Box 203, Landisville, NJ 08326. (George H. Wimberg Funeral Home).
