Lucian Ford Obituary
FORD, LUCIAN E., DR. 84 - of Hammonton, NJ died Sat. 12-1-2007 at W.B. Kessler Hospital. Born in Hermanville, MS he was an area resident for the past 53 years. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1954. The same year he opened Dr. Lucian Ford Chiropractic in Hammonton and served the community for over 50 years. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII. He was Past commander of the American Legion Post # 186 of Hammonton. He was a former member and president of the Hammonton Kiwanis Club. He also served as Kiwanis NJ District Governor. Surviving is his wife Maryann (LoDuca). Children Lucian E. Ford,Jr., William L. Ford, Ralph Rescigno, Joseph Rescigno, Phyllis Ann Aurand, Sara Lou Maling ,Bonnie Avallone and Rae Morrow. Dear brother of Thomas Ford. Loving Grandfather of 17 and great grandfather of 2. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday eve, at 6:30 p.m. and Weds. after 10:00 a.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cem. Folsom, NJ. Donations may be made to Hammonton Rescue Squad, 300 S. Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton or the Foundation of W.B. Dr Ford was truly blessed by God. He was a wonderful man and excellent doctor. He cared for our family for many years. His passing will be mourned by all who knew him.
