PRESSING FORWARD EACH DAY
Pressing forward every day
Thanking GOD when we pray
and trusting as we grow
that he has a plan each step we sow
for every tear you cried
God is right by your side

Minister Kenneth Parham,

The day has come~
All be it far too soon, I know,
to surrender unto God
this one that you loved so.

No amount of words,
no matter how be they wise,
can take away the pain
when someone so special dies.

Grief is such a personal thing
we each accept in our own way.
My heart can only guess
what yours feels today.

I am sorry for your sorrow.
But, I do understand your tears.
For, we all suffer parting
if we've lived enough y ears.

Try to remember, if you can,
that, someday, you will again meet
(they truly are waiting there)
when we join them at Jesus' feet.

I pray, in time, the tears will pass
and a smile takes their place;
as your heart begins to heal,
by God's amazing Grace.

My Thoughts and Prayers are with you

Hugs From Heaven
Author Unknown

When you feel a gentle breeze
Caress you when you sigh
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From a loved one way up high

If a soft and tender raindrop
Lands upon your nose
They've added a small kiss
As fragile as a rose

If a song you hear fills you
With a feeling of sweet love
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From someone special up above

If you awaken in the morning
To a bluebird's chirping song
It's music sent from Heaven
To cheer you all day long

If tiny little snowflakes
Land upon your face
It's a hug sent from Heaven
Trimmed with Angel lace

So keep the joy in your heart
If you're lonely my dear friend
Hugs that are sent from Heaven
A broken heart will mend

God Bless the Parham and Nixon family and my prayers will be with you in your time of loss.

Kenny, the Children and the Parham and Nixon families, let not your hearts be troubled for we serve a loving God that is able to keep you and sustain you in this your darkest hour. For those who love and know the Lord know also that it really is not your darkest hour but it is a glorious time in which we celebrate a life that was precious to us but even more precious to the Saviour in that He saw fit to call His daughter home to be with Him. Dora always had a sweet spirit and I cherish the last time we talked and the times we spent together at Sussex Central. I know she loved her family and she loved God and what she would want is for any who do not know God to seek His face while you still have time so that one day we all will be together around His great Throne. I pray the Lord will encircle you with his Love, Grace, and Mercy and that He will grant you the Peace that passes all understanding.

Music, when soft voices die

Music, when soft voices die,
Vibrates in the memory—
Odours, when sweet violets sicken,
Live within the sense they quicken.

Rose leaves, when the rose is dead,
Are heaped for the belovèd's bed;
And so thy thoughts, when thou art gone,
Love itself shall slumber on.

To Kenneth, Dachele, Jada, Kenneth Jr., and the Nixon / Parham Family. I pray that your hearts are over flowing now with love, pride and memoires of that warm and cheery smile that could lighten a room and make you feel that everything would be ok. I believe with all my heart that Dora's with our Father now in his House spreading that same cheer and shinning light in Glory. You are in my prayers.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
