Jennifer Langston Obituary
Mrs. Langston was a member of Community Christian Fellowship Church, Matoaca. She was an admissions coordinator for Southside Regional Medical Center School of Nursing. Jennifer was a 1993 graduate of Prince George High School. She received her associate's degree from Richard Bland College, her bachelor's degree in psychology from Mary Washington University, and attended the College of William & Mary and Averett University, where she received her master's degree in business administration. She was a member of the Mary Washington University and Averett University Alumni associations.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Langston; stepdaughter, Marishka Langston of Dinwiddie; her parents, Russell W. "Butch" and Jacqueline W. Davis of Disputanta; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth N. Marek of Petersburg.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, 2008, in the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road, with the Rev. James Burton officiating. Interment Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.

I did not know Jennifer, but I knew her Mother. She is my 1st cousin's daughter.My prayers go out to all who was close to her, esp. Husband and parents. She is in a better place and safe in the arms of JESUS. You will see her again when you get to Heaven. I know the heart breaks, but Jesus can comfort you if you wil allow Him to. Dear Jacqueline,
I'm so sorry to hear about Jenny. It really came as a shock. We used to live next to your mom on 5908 River Road. I will never forget how Jenny loved playing with her baby dolls and strolling her babies when she was at her Grandma's home. Jenny was always a very sweet girl that was easy to get along with. I know you and her Dad are proud of her. I'm so sorry that you both have to go through losing your daughter that you love so much. My prayers are with all of you. I also would like to express my condolences to her grandma(Mrs. Marek). The earth will surely be missing a wonderful gentle person that will be much missed. If more people were like Jenny we would have one happy world.

Ray, Marishka, Mr & Mrs Davis -- I was shocked to hear the news. Jennifer was always so full of life and fun and laughs. I went to Mary Washington with her and cannot imagine not seeing her again. She was a wonderful friend and even though I was miles away, she was never more than a phone call away. I will miss her smile and her laughter. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

To Jackie (mom 2)
