To the entire Walker Family:

May God bless you in this time of sorrow. I know that your family circle has been broken once again. But remember that God knows best. Manada is now with "Fattie and Buck and her other brothers and sisters who have already crossed over. I would encourage you to remember the good times that you spent with her. I remember living down the country and Manada coming to see Bigma dressed from head to toe in her pant suit with the long jacket. Manada had a warm smile and I can still hear her laugh.

Manada is gone but not forgotten.

I’ll give it all to You Dear Lord
No Ifs or Ands or Buts
I’ll take the step and get on board
Forsaking all my ruts

I’ll leave behind what stresses me
The worry, doubt and fear
And claim Your truth tenaciously
Just knowing You are near

With Your great help I’ll change my ways
I’ll thrive where I belong
From negatives to vibrant praise
I’ll sing a different song

I’ll see the best and drop the rest
I’ll concentrate on love
I’m thankful for the way I’m blessed
A gift from You above

I’ll dwell on things that lift my soul
You’ll fill me with delight
I’ll take back all the devil stole
And do what’s good and right

I’ll place myself within Your hands
Your word I will obey
I know Your blueprint and Your plans
Are best for me each day

I’ll learn to love and trust and give
I’ll grow as You direct
I’ll let You teach me how to live
Your family You protect

And so I’ll move ahead with Peace
Of This I Can Be Sure
That Faith and Love will just increase
My Future Is Secure !!!

Use this gift I give He said,
To call My sheep to Me,
I shall give to you the words to use,
So that they may understand.

Let them know I hear their cries,
That I care for one and all,
I will do what’s best for them,
If they will only heed My call.

The first step, it's so hard to take,
They'll want to run and hide,
Please tell them that I’m here for them,
For it was for them, for whom I died.

Tell them I came to ease their pain,
And I will wash away their sins,
Tell them I can make them white as snow,
They need only to let Me in.

Tell them to come and heed My call,
For tomorrow may never come,
I give to you this chance today,
I'll give you joy, peace and love,
So listen to your heart my child,
Please come and enter in.

As I stand atop the mountain overlooking the sea,
I view the beauty below me!
Beautiful flowers growing at my feet,
Send up a fragrance so delicately sweet!

A choir of birds with melodious voice,
Seem to say to me, "Rejoice!" "Rejoice!"
My heart feels a peace it has seldom known,
For all traces of doubt and fear have flown!

I feel so rested and worry free,
That I wonder if this is really happening to me!
As my lungs capture the mountain air,
I breathe to God this humble prayer!

Dear Lord, you've brought me a mighty long way,
From the place I was to where I am today!
I thank you for the Holy Ghost You've placed inside,
Who makes all the anxious feelings subside!

I thank you, Lord for the many ways,
You have helped me through my most difficult days!
That valley was about to get the best of me.
The light at the end of the tunnel was hard to see!

My cheery smile was replaced by a frown,
For I had let the problems of life get me down.
But though I worried, fretted and cried,
You never even once left my side!

Lord, I didn't always understand,
You were waiting to help me with an outstretched hand!
Sometimes I feel like I've had more trouble than my share,
But, You always know how much each soul can bear,
And with each trial that takes shape,
You always provide a means of escape!

Lord, when it comes my time to go,
Back to be tried in the valley below,
Help me to hold my head up high,
Knowing You always oversee me with Your watchful eye!

The day was the same as ever before,
There were no signs around,
As people did their daily chores,
The rain came tumbling down.

But something was so very strange,
The sky became so grey,
The sun had no light to it,
As if there was no day.

No one seemed to notice the change,
Until the thunder started to roar,
The earth shook so violently,
Such as never before.

And when I looked up in the sky,
I saw millions of angels around,
My heart stood still, as I gasp,
Then I fell to the ground.

Ahead of the angels was Jesus,
He came bursting through the clouds,
By then all eyes were on Him,
And the sound of the trumpet was loud.

Finally our King is coming back,
To bring us home with Him,
Never any more to suffer pain,
The time on earth will now end.

All glory and praise to our Master,
We will sing on that beautiful shore,
All new songs up in heaven,
We’ve never sang before.

I pray you are ready to meet Him,
And have your sins washed away,
Now is the time for salvation,
For Jesus might come back today.

Dear Lord, I feel Your presence,
And in essence,
My soul is set aflame!
Gone are the cares of the day!
They're immediately swept away,
By the whisper of Your name!

Toil and strife,
Those natural things in life,
I file away upon a shelf!
Oh Master divine,
Thy will becomes mine,
As I forget about myself!

Your presence is so sweet,
And as victory replaces defeat,
Past failures are forgotten and left behind!
In the shadow of the cross,
Great gain replaces loss,
And joy, wonderful joy I find!

As I humbly bow,
I see through a glass darkly now.
But, one day through God's amazing grace,
This feeling of ecstasy will never end!
I'll be forever with my Friend,
Where I shall see Him face to face!

Jesus loves me this I know,
His precious word tells me so,
He hears my every thought and prayer,
He goes with me every where.

He whispers when I slip and fall,
Be careful child, I died for all,
He watches me from His home on high,
And tells me, I don't need to sigh.

He is my special loving friend,
He will stay with me until the end,
I feel His love, His compassion divine,
My Jesus loves me all the time.

I know, He really loves me,
For the Bible tells me so,
If I always put my trust in Him,
His love will follow where'er I go.

I'm so happy that He loves me,
He knows, I love Him too,
He promised, He would never leave,
If I obey, His will to do.

No other love like our Jesus' love,
His love is so gentle and kind,
It flows from the beginning to end,
His gift of love is a precious gem.

God's love has a way to lift me up,
His love redeemed my precious soul,
He loved me enough to die on the tree,
Amazing love was shown at Calvary.

and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen"
Matthew 28:20 KJV

Here is Your child again, needing Your
love and grace. Lord I cuddle close to
You when I hurt, it is in Your
sheltering arms I find such comfort.
You are my shepherd, I shall never
be in want...Many times You draw
me aside to be tested and tried,
but it is near the quiet waters
You restore my soul. You guide my
path, and I'm so happy to be following
Your ways dear God. You walk beside
me and guide my every step.

If I stray I hear that still small
voice, "You are mine". I have chosen
you.... You have a table prepared for
me, I will linger near the table
Lord until my cup overflows with
Your love and grace. Thank You God
for being my friend, my Protector,
my Refuge, and my Shelter. Your
love will follow me all the days of
my life and I will dwell with
You in the house of the Lord
for ever and ever....Amen

Lord we gather 'round,
Thanks to offer to You,
We are grateful daily,
For all the things You do.

We plow the fields in dry times,
The cow has lost her calf,
The hogs are in need of water,
We pray on their behalf.

We toil the soil Jesus,
Growing the food we eat,
But without Your help,
We are going to lose the wheat.

The weather is so dry my Lord,
We've done all that we know,
We are helpless and now worry,
The crops just can't begin to grow.

We have a roof over our heads,
A bed to lie and sleep at night,
We trust always in You Lord,
In faith we believe it'll be alright.

We thank You blessed Jesus,
For the food we have today,
We give thanks for the blessings,
Of good health sent our way.

We thank You for the children,
That have blessed our lives so much,
Oh Lord Jesus we thank You so,
For Your ever loving touch.

I was waiting in port for my ship to sail
I thought I would pass some time
So I took a walk along the beach really nothing in mind
Took off my shoes and walked barefoot on the sand
And thought to myself this place is really paradise

Then I saw her sitting on the beach she was smiling at me
I walked up to her and asked to sit down she said ok to me
I asked her why she was smiling
She said she'd been waiting for a long time
Now the day had arrived and I was here in paradise

Well we walked along the beach hand in hand on the golden sand
We talked until the moon was high and I held her tight
Then I kissed her and underneath the stars above
I swore my love and made this vow
That I would never leave her or our paradise

We got married on the beach where we first met
Built a house on the bay over looking the sea
We watch each sun set
Our family has grown and each day is even better in paradise
I couldn't ask for more you see for I live in paradise

Oh we talked a while and walked hand in hand on the golden sand
Until the moon was high and I held her tight
Then I kissed her and under the stars above I swore my love
And made this vow that I would always be there with her in paradise
The signs are all around us now
More than in the past,
The coming of our blessed Savior
Is nearly here at last.

For those who are redeemed by
The grace that God gave man,
Won’t need to worry about it,
For they all understand.

Jesus told us in His holy word
He would come again someday
And now the time is drawing near
Get ready for that day.

We know not the hour or day
But we know He’s coming soon,
Its time now to get ready,
Or face a time of doom.

While we are waiting for His coming
Let us spread the word around,
About the precious blood of Jesus
And how it can be found.

Sleep sweet child of mine,
God watches over you as you rest.
Such a precious gift,
That I have been so blessed.

You're an angel sent down,
From Heaven above to Earth.
Diamonds, silver or gold,
So much more you are worth.

Our lives forever changing,
Like Ferris wheels going 'round.
As I watch you sleep,
You don't utter a single sound.

A wish that came true,
When God entrusted you to me.
You're a vision of true beauty,
So plain for all to see.

You fill me with such emotions,
That I could never hide.
Our life together magical,
A never ending carousel ride.

Such joy and happiness,
Never have I known.
I never knew I could love so much,
Until you became my own.

So fair and innocent,
I will take care of you.
There is nothing more important,
That I could ever do.

Oh I do love you so little one,
I pray and thank God everyday.
That you're here with me,
Forevermore to stay.

I tiptoe from your room,
As you lie there in your bed.
As teddy bears and angels,
Dance around within your head.

Sleep sweet child of mine,
God watches over you as you rest.
You couldn't be more perfect,
Because,
God Only Sends The Best.
