Elizabeth Pugh Obituary

Ms. Elizabeth H. Pugh, 88, of Richmond, Va., departed this life on Monday, Sept. 29, 2008.

She is survived by five daughters, Roxianna Richmond of Maryland, Jean Harris of Cincinnati, Ruth Gaines (Arthur) of Colorado, Gloria Fountain of Richmond, Estelle Pugh of Richmond; two sons, Grandville Pugh (Annie) of Petersburg and Michael Pugh of Alaska; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where the family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday (today) and where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, Bishop John L. Harris officiating. Interment Little Mount Baptist Church, Sussex County, Va.
