Brittany & Brendan -
Your Father is always with you. He's the whisper of the leaves as you walk down the street, He's the smell of certain foods you remember, places you have been and cologne that he wore, he's the hand on your shoulder when you're feeling down, he's your breath in the air on a cold winter's day.
He is the sound of the rain that lulls you to sleep, the colors of a rainbow, he is Christmas morning. Your Father lives inside your laughter. And he's crystallized in every tear drop. A father shows every emotion........... Happiness, sadness, fear, jealousy, love, hate, anger, helplessness, excitement, joy, sorrow.....and all the while, hoping and praying you will only know the good feelings in life.

He's the place you came from, and he's the map you follow with every step you take. He's your first love, your first friend, even your first enemy, but nothing on earth can separate you. Not time, not space.......not even death….

After having seen Dean over the last week, I am relieved and comforted by the fact that he is now free from suffering and in a wonderful place.

Dean touched so many hearts and literally saved so many lives, perhaps even my own. I will forever miss his physical presence, but there will always be a part of him with me.

My sincerest sympathies especially to you Brittany and Brendan.

If we can do anything to mutually grieve his loss to us, and celebrate his entrance to paradise, we remain here for you at any time.

Dean,
You saved my miserable life when it really wasn't worth saving.
You taught me how to have fun and have fun clean & sober. I knew how to survive while using but you taught me how to live clean.
I love and miss you.
My prayers go out to your son, daughter & your family members.
I'll see you when my numbers up.
Later Gator.
