You will be missed very much. I enjoyed our long talks and times we laughed and even cried. You were one of my best friends whom I could entrust every detail of my life too. I do reget that we didn't get to go fishing or crabbing as we had plan to do over the summer. God needed more than I,so rest in peace Royal Lee Smith. Kept a watchful eye over me and your children and all the peolpe you cared most about. You will always have a place in my heart. I will not forget the things you told me and encourage me to do. Love always (Big Mama) Renee M. Gillis

To the family of Mr Royal Lee Smith . My name is Vernice Bonner Jordan, and my daughter name in Ke'enda Jordan who Mr. Royal L. Smith adopted as his froster God daughter years ago. I will like to express the sympathy for the family in time of sorrow. Our hearts are truly sadden for the passing of your loved one. In loving memories of a wonderful person , we will love and miss him always. Take comfort in knowing that now he have a special guardian angel to watch over him. Ke'enda will always remember the words of wisdom when she talk to him over the phone last week. He told her never to forgot these words from an old man :) that When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Mr.Smith you will always have that special place in our lives, our hearts and our prayers.

To the family of Mr. Royal Smith my deepest sympathy to all of you. He was a true friend to me and I loved him dearly, there were times in my life that having him to talk to kept me sane. My heart is sadden, but I'm sure God has him in his heavenly home which is a far better place.
