Frank Szewczyk Obituary
He was born in Boswell, Pa., and was the son of the late, Joseph and Tekla Szewczyk. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran and retired from Allied Chemical Co. Mr. Szewczyk was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Colonial Heights.
He is survived by his wife, Regina Szewczyk; a daughter, Kathy Szewczyk of Colonial Heights; a son, John Szewczyk of Richmond; a sister, Gladys; and a brother, Anthony.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at St. Ann Catholic Church, 17111 Jefferson Davis Highway, Colonial Heights, with Father Lou Ruoff as celebrant. Burial in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Petersburg. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday (tonight) at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Flowers are welcome or contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association-Greater Richmond Chapter, 4600 Cox Road, Suite 130, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
