The earlier years during the 50's were fine times for growing up. Florence was our neighbor during those years when we lived on John St in New Windsor.

I recall her industrous ways at home and her friendly manner.

She was a very fine lady. I have often fondly thought of her over they years.

She is another fine gem of life that shall be sorely missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you along with my fondest memories of growing up on John St. Your mother was like a wonderful mother to all of us. The "John St. gang" should get together to talk over old memories and fun we had. It's something I will never forget.
Love, Kathleen Nugent

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
