Mom, You will be missed so much. You have always, and I mean always, been there for me whenever I've needed somebody to lean on. You taught me how to be the man that I am today and I will forever love you for that. I will always remember all the good times and memories that we've shared from the time you and Dad took me in. I'm so thankful that you and Dad chose me out of all the children that you could have picked to be your son, even though the two of you always told me that I was the one that walked up to you and Dad with open arms. I know that we have gone through some tough times as a family, but we have always pulled through and loved each other even more. I remember all the great things that you and Dad did for me growing up, including all the wonderful vacations together that I will never forget. We had quite a few unforgettable times and adventures. Just remember mom... I love you. Even though I will miss you for the rest of my life, I know you are at peace.

Love forever your son, Sam
