Charles Penna, former Town of Mamakating Supervisor, was buried with Military Honors at the Columbarium following a Chapel Mass at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA on Thursday, July 24, 2008. Charles was a Vietnam Veteran and member of the 101st Airborne.
