Sarah Kleyanne Mulherin

Formerly of New Windsor, NY Sarah Kleyanne Mulherin, 22, went from angel on Earth to angel in Heaven on Thursday, July 31, 2008 after a very brief illness at Trillium Health Center in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Sarah was born November 24, 1985 in Fort Worth, TX. She graduated from Leo High School in 2004 and was pursuing a BA in Business at IPFW in Fort Wayne, IN. Prior to this she lived in New Windsor, NY and attended Newburgh Free Academy. Sarah loved animals and had the heart of a lion. She loved life and lived it her way. Sarah continued her loving ways even in death as she donated organs which have saved three other lives. Sarah is survived by her mother and father, Kathlyn and Jon Mulherin currently residing in Spencerville; her sisters, Lyndsey Mulherin in (New York University), Chelsey Mulherin in (U.S. Army), Alyssa and McKayla Mulherin, Leo, Jr. in Sr. High School, and Leo in Elementary respectively; and her brothers, AJ and Nicholas Hedrick, attending Cedarville Elementary; also survived by her partner, Shannon Lynn of Brampton, Ontario, Canada (currently residing in Fort Wayne), her paternal grandparents, Raymond and Kathleen Mulherin of Limestone, ME, her maternal grandmother, Jo Ann LaGassey of Fort Worth, TX; and her great-grandparents, Bill and Marie Markham of Fort Worth, TX. Sarah is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A small service was held for Sarah in Mississauga, Ontario. A Memorial viewing will be held at Hockmeyer-Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46835, on Sunday, August 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. Contributions can be sent to Jon and Kathy Mulherin, 17210 Lochner Rd., Spencerville, IN 46788 or can be made at the memorial service.
