Beverly Forman Obituary

Cooperstown, NY

Beverly A. Forman, 67, passed into God's hands August 14, 2008, after a long term illness.

Beverly was born August 11, 1941 in Pataukuk, NY, daughter to Mary Bell and Burton Simpson.

She graduated from Ellenville Central High School in 1958 and was a retired bookkeeper from Schmidt's Wholesale of Monticello, NY.

Beverly is survived by her husband, Cliff Forman. She leaves behind her son, Richard Krum, Jr. and wife, Tina, grandson, Joseph and granddaughter, Caitlin of Neversink, NY and daughter, Cindy Garlinghouse and grandsons, Daniel and Christopher of Loch Sheldrake, NY. Beverly's daughter, Penny, predeceased her 1975. She also is survived by stepdaughters, Sandra Greenlee and husband, Frank and Kathy Harrison, both of Virginia; godmother, Evelyn Perry of Elmsford, NY; three additional grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Also surviving are her siblings, sisters, Marion Sheeley of Napanoch, NY and Emma Walker of Tennessee and brother, Burton Simpson, Jr. of Mississippi.

Beverly will be best remembered for her love and God and undaunted faith, her graciousness to others and beautiful smile.

She was a member of the Community Bible Chapel of Toddsville, NY and services will be held there on Saturday, August 16, at 2 p.m. There will be a memorial service at the Kerhonkson Federated Church, Kerhonkson, NY on Tuesday, August 19, at 1 p.m. Burial services will follow at the Pine Bush Cemetery in Kerhonkson, NY at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her remembrance to a local hospice.
