Michael Wood Obituary
Michael J. Wood of Livingston Manor, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 in Livingston Manor. He was 33.
The son of Joseph and JoAnn Mantel Wood, he was born on July 26, 1975 in Liberty, NY.
Michael was employed as a carpenter and spending time and being with his boys is what he enjoyed and what was most important to him.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Amanda Mead-Wood; his beloved sons, Paiton, Preston and Justin Wood, all at home; his parents, JoAnn and Joseph Wood; his paternal grandmother, Lena Wood; his brothers, Joseph Wood and his wife, Cecila, William Wood, and Anthony Wood; his sisters, Linda Fisk and her husband, Kenny and Jennifer Wood, all of Livingston Manor; his niece, Kristen Wood of South Carolina; his nephews, Daniel Wood of Florida and Kenny Fisk of Livingston Manor.
The Family will receive friends on Friday, August 22, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Herbert C. Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl Street, Livingston Manor, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 23, at St. Aloysius Church, Church Street, Livingston Manor, NY.
Memorial Contributions in Michael's name may be made to: The Children of Michael Wood, PO Box 243, Livingston Manor, NY 12758.
