Renee Lamouree Obituary

Tuxedo, NY

Renee A. Lamouree of Tuxedo NY, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008 at the age of 85.

Born October 6, 1922 in Tuxedo NY to Alexander and Catherine Lamouree. Renee was a graduate of George F. Baker High School in Tuxedo NY as valedictorian, and also a graduate of Columbia University where she earned her bachelor in science and master of arts and science. Renee was an RN and a certified school teacher in the N.Y.C. schools. She was a great patron of the arts and contributed to numerous charities throughout her life.

She is survived by numerous family, dear friends, and valued neighbors.

Friends and relatives are invited on Friday, August 29, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Scarr Funeral Home Inc., Route 202 Suffern.

Renee's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 30, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Tuxedo Park, NY. Burial will be private.
