Theresa Miller Obituary

Formerly of Walden, NY

Theresa F. Miller of St. Teresa's Nursing Home in Middletown, Formerly of Walden, NY, she retired from Horton Hospital,in Middletown, NY., and a longtime resident of the area died Sunday, August 31, 2008, in Middletown. She was 86 years old.

The daughter of the late Ludwig Ferges and Margarete Moller Ferges, she was born October 30, 1921 in Andernach, Germany. She was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter #560 in Walden. She was the widow of Robert I. Miller.

Survivors include her son, Robert I. Miller, Jr and his wife, Maria of Hopewell Junction; daughter, Barbara Spencer of Pennsylvania; two grandsons, Richard and David Spencer; two great-grandsons, David and Cole Spencer.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, from 4-8 p.m. at the Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St. Walden, NY, there will be an Eastern Star Service at 7 p.m. and funeral services will be at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Cremation will be in Cedar Hill Crematory in Newburgh, NY.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to St. Theresa'a Nurisng Home, 120 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940 or Town of Montgomery Volunteer Ambulance, PO Box 25, Walden, NY 12586.

Arrangements were made by Millspaugh Funeral Directors.
