Phyllis Finkelstein, 69, Bradenton, FL, passed away on September 5, 2008.
A Memorial Service will held at 1 p.m., Monday, September 8, 2008 at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home, 170 Hanore Ave., Sarasota, FL 34232.
She is survived by her mother, Leah Finkelstein; sisters, Arlene Richter and Regina Hamilton and her husband, Charles Hamilton; niece, Stacey Sandler; nephew, Ryan Hamilton; aunt, Lillian Katzman; two great nieces, and many friends at Burgundy Condominium in Bradenton.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Arrangements are by Palms-Robarts Funeral Home; 941-371-4962.

I am so sorry to hear the news. I didn't find out until today about what had happened. Her whole family will be in my thoughts and prayers. She spoke highly of her family often when we visited and I hope if her mom and sister who lived in the condos with her need anything they won't hesitate to call 941-685-6979.
She was a very special and close friend to me. I wished I could have been there to pay my respects. She was like family to me since I moved out here. I will miss her so very much. I would like to send my loving thoughts to everyone.

Phyllis and I were members of the class of 1957 at E.H.S. and we also both attended the Teachers College at Oneonta. My thoughts and prayers go to her loved ones and I am deeply saddened by their loss.
