Alfred Long Obituary

Marlboro, NY

Alfred J. Long of Marlboro, NY, owner of Al the Painter, entered into rest September 17, 2008 at Vassar Hospital. He was 57.

Son of the late Joseph & Mildred Esposito Long, he was born November 25, 1950 in the Bronx, NY.

Survivors include his loving wife and soulmate, Randy Bramley Long of Marlboro; children, Nikki Long and her fiancée, Rick Gonzalez of New Jersey, Robin Long of the Bronx, April Lucas and her husband, Michael of Boston, Kristie Cernuto and Alfred J. Cernuto, both of the Bronx; brother, Joseph Long and his wife, Carol of Connecticut; sisters, Maryellen Cienzo and her husband, Bobby of Queens, Virginia "Ginny" Zwierankin of Pleasant Valley; aunt, Marie Savio of Nevada; cousins, Virginia Henkle and her husband, William and Celie Henkle; several nieces, nephews and close friends.

Calling hours will be Saturday, September 20 from 3-7 p.m. at Doulin Newburgh Funeral Home, Inc., 318 N. Montgomery St., Newburgh.

Funeral service will be Saturday, September 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Cremation will be at a later date.

Arrangements are under the care of Christian D. Garrison of the Doulin Newburgh Funeral Home, Inc.; 845-562-0068.
