Meta Connolly Obituary
Meta Elizabeth (Stuve) Connolly of Grahamsville, NY, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2008, at Catskill Regional Medical Center. She was 84.
The daughter of the late George and Henrietta Schubert Stuve, she was born January 1, 1924 in Germany.
Meta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all that knew her.
She leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Ted Connolly, at home; a daughter, Christine Connolly Foley of Merrick, NY; sons, Patrick Connolly and his wife, Sherri of the state of Florida, Charles Connolly and his wife, Tina of Grahamsville, NY; granddaughter, Sarah Eberhard and her husband, Chris of the state of Florida; a great-grandson, Gus of the state of Florida; granddaughter, Shanna Connolly of the state of Florida; grandsons, Matthew Foley, and Dennis Foley of Merrick, NY; Shane Connolly of the state of Florida; James and Jason Connolly of Grahamsville, NY; a sister, Maria Shinneman of California; a niece, Ingrid Wood of Queens and several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held privately with cremation to follow and a burial of ashes in the family plot at Allen Cemetery in Raymondville, MO.
Donations in Meta's name may be made to the Grahamsville First Aid Squad, State Route 55, Grahamsville, NY 12740.
