Ida Wilhelm Obituary

Napanoch, NY

Ida M. Wilhelm of Napanoch, NY, a lifelong area resident, and retired from General Sportswear in Ellenville, died October 24, 2008 at Kingston Hospital. She was 93.

The daughter of Fredren and Julia E. Price VanKleeck, she was born March 16, 1915 in Shavertown, NY. She was the widow of Howard C. Wilhelm.

Survivors include her daughter, Irene Mack and her husband, Burt of Highland; brother, Richard VanKleeck and his wife, Florence of Garnett, KA; ten grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Joan Mikalonis; her son, Richard Wilhelm; brothers: Francis, Earl and Robert VanKleeck, and sisters: Myrtie Meier, Velma Warner and Myra Beilman.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, October 27, at Loucks Funeral Home, Inc., 79 N. Main St., Ellenville, NY.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 28, at the funeral home with the Rev. Brenda Cates officiating. Burial will be in Fantinekill Cemetery, Ellenville, NY.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ida's name may be made to American Cancer Society, 95 Schwenk Dr., Kingston, NY 12401.
