Brunie, you were there for me & my kids thru some very difficult times. The great memories my kids have of spending Christmas Day at Dad’s & your house are forever etched in their minds. Made that day so special for all the kids in our family. So many beautiful memories, you will always be their beloved Titi Brunie. God called you home much too soon, we all miss you dearly❤

Bruni's passing comes as a profound shock. The first I new of it was Christmas day, December 25, 2007 when a 1982 group photo was circulated by the New York Correction Historical Society on the internet and mention was made that she is "now deceased." I felt as though the floor was suddenly removed from under me. She was such an engaging, bright, witty, fun person to be around. Without her this world will never be the same. I extend my deepest, heartfelt sympathy to her family, who were blessed to have had her as one of their own.

What can I say? She was a friend ,confidant, arm to cry on and ear to listen. Titi Brunie for us was not step mom, even though I almost made out an airline ticket in the name of BROOMHILDA, I never heard that name before. The best of all was that she was great for Dad . Family was always #1. I know Burn and Sergio appreciate that as well as DAD. We are always gonna be around as the tight family we are. Mellisa,Denis and the rest of Brunies side of the family , we love you call upon us anytime. See you soon Brunie life goes by so fast we just pray that all are prepared to make that transition youv'e already made.

I can still remember the day I met Brunie. I was arriving from P.R.with my son who was little at the time.In time, she became more of a friend since we were close in age. A very caring person she was & always willing to lend an ear to my many frustrations in life. Bruni was there for me during my difficult times when I first had to move back to N.Y. & made a choice to go back to school with 3 small children. Brunie & Dad, thank you so much for being there for me during those difficult years. I will never forget the great times together and the awesome family reunions Titi Brunie was always ready to plan for us. Any excuse for family get-together! Also, all those holidays with Santa Clause passing out gifts will always be embedded in all our kids memories. So many awesome memories of joyous times. I am so glad to have had you in our life. For my kids & I, Titi Brunie was a very special person & we all loved her so very much. Our entire family will miss her dearly. Brunie we will never forget you!!
Dad, Bern & Sergio, but we are only a call away. We all love you so very much. Our family has always been very close and we will continue to be so. May God provide you with strength during these difficult times. God Bless!
Love you's,Yvonne & Fa.

Brunie was a angel and she was there for everyone nomatter what she was going through herself. I will miss all of phone calls that we have shared throughoout the pass 7 years, I can still hear dad saying "I want to talk to my son before i give the phone to brunie because if i dont talk now i know i wont get the opportunity!" I personally have gone through a lot of misseries these pass two years and titi brunie has been very supportive even when i get upset over how my family is handling a situation she would always have something positive to say in that persons offense. It is with great sadness that our angel had to leave this earth at such an early age. God really must be running out of angels because he took one of the best on this earth. I will remember her love and unselfishness and continue to display them to others as she has always displayed them to
us this is how i will keep the memory of titibrunie alive forever.

I will always remember Titi Brunie as a joyful, loving, caring, and very cultured person. She was the one that showed me that there is more to life than newburgh. She taught me how to soar my imagination through musicals, jazz, classics, etc. I will also never forget that she was the best dentist that I ever had. I still remember her sitting in her stool pulling out my loose tooth and never feeling an ounce of pain. Titi, you are truly loved and missed. Thank you for helping me be the woman I am today.

Grandpa, Bern, and Sergio: I am only a call away. I pray strength to you during this very difficult time. I love you all very much.

I remember when Titi Brunie gave me a book about step mother/daughter when we first met (I was 16). She was always more than a step Mom. She is my second Mom and always gave me the unique love and support only Brunie could give me.
Brunie carried me through my most difficult times. I spoke to her almost daily and will miss her voice. Her karaoke singing will ring in my ears during the holidays.
She kept us all together, God Bless her!

My children could not get enough of her love as well. And she would never let us leave her so quickly before sharing music or stories with her from our lives.

I don't have enough space here to share all the wonderful and cherished moments I had the privilege to share with Titi Brunie.

Dad, Sergio and Bern, I will see you often and be there for you always.

Loving you forever,
Janice, John and Laureena

Titi Brunie was the best. She loved without condition and she was there for you whenever you needed her. Always making people laugh, she loved to spread happiness. Before she went with the Lord she told me " Remember when I used to read to you?" Yes Titi I will always remember how much you encouraged me to read and how you read to me since I was a baby girl. I still remember the book you gave me "Little Women."
I know you are looking down upon us now. We will miss you.
To Grandpa, Serg and Bern:
I love you and I'm always here for you guys.
