Althea Grogan Obituary

Montgomery - Althea "Bobby" Grogan, a retired Nursing Supervisor for Haverstraw Rehabilitation Center, Haverstraw, and a lifelong resident of the area, died Friday, October 26,2007 at home. She was 87 years old.

The daughter of the Leroy and Nellie Faulkner Miller she was born November 23, 1919 in Walden.

She was the widow of Charles J. Grogan.

Survivors include her three sisters: Shirley Mitchell of Pine Bush, Polly Bessimer Waverly of Ohio, and Jane Elia of Middletown Several nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 30, 2007, 10 a.m. Graveside services will be at the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Rte 52 Walden. Reverend James Van Houten will officiate.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Walden Humane Society, PO Box 135, Walden NY 12586 Arrangements are under the care of Millspaugh Funeral Directors, 22 Bank St., Walden. 845-778-3200
