Robert Schroeder Obituary

Campbell Hall - Robert J. Schroeder died on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at home. He was 85.

Robert was born February 23, 1922 in Peekskill, N.Y. the son of Joseph and May (Hubner) Schroeder. Robert served in the US Army during World War II from 1943-1946. He was the owner of Allendale Auto Parts in Allendale, N.Y.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Schroeder, at home; daughter, Jill A. Anderson and husband, Dan, of Campbell Hall; sister, Anne Brenner of Tucson, Ariz.; and two grandchildren, Sean & Kelly.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 9 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church St. in Goshen. A prayer service will be held in the funeral home on Monday, December 10 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Cortlandt Cemetery in Peekskill.

Memorial donations may be made in Robert's name to the National Parkinson's Foundation, 1501 N.W. 9th Ave./Bob Hope Rd., Miami, FL 33136-1494.
