I was one of the many many "pilgrims" priveleged to tour with a Mary North pilgrimage. My most sincere sympathies and continued thoughts and prayers! Father Willam Treacy offered a Mass in memory of Mary for us.

Pat,
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. She was the epitome of class. Even as a young girl at Holy Family, I remember seeing her at the school or at mass and intuitively I knew I was in the presence of someone very special.
I'll never forget your Mom's Cadillacs! How I dreamt that I would one day have such a fine car. And the one time I got to ride in the blue Eldorado (circa 1975), your Mom so tiny behind the wheel of that prodigious vehicle, I knew I would never forget that moment. Clearly, I haven't. A great memory created by a great woman, your Mom.
I am thinking of you and your family with deepest sympathy.

I never knew Ms. North but I do remember writing to her travel agency as a middle school student at Madison looking for photos of Spain. Her office was very nice to send me travel brochures. I have always remembered that. Thank you. You will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear the news. I have so many fond and fun memories of Mary. She NEVER wanted to be left out of anything and was the life of the party until the wee hours. You three were very good kids,,,, she was so proud of you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
