Suzanne had a remarkable effect on everyone she met, including me. While our relationship began as colleagues at work, I became lucky enough to call her my friend. Although a lifetime has passed since she died, my memory of her is as brilliant today as it was 23 years ago. My thoughts are with her husband, Frank, and all those who loved her, as they are every September 11th.

Although I didn't know Suzanne personally my middle name is also Suzanne, spelt the exact same way and because of this her name stuck out to me. I want to say you will always be remembered and I want to extend my deepest condolences to Suzanne's family.

It’s hard to believe that 20 years have passed. I’ll never forget your kindness towards me as a young marketing manager. Helping me navigate the partnership between Cisco and Cap Gemini, making sure I was always moving in the right direction. It was my first career move managing partners in the word of IT. I think of you often, especially when things get tough at work. Your smile was infectious, your advice spot on, a true inspiration. Always remember.

Suzanne was my best friend from 1st grade until 6th when her parents split and she moved to Pacific Grove. We had countless adventures together as well as dance recitals, sleep overs, and swim parties. I’m so sad we were never able to reconnect.

I spoke to Suzanne many times and felt like i knew her even though i never laid eyes on her. She was kind, she was a pleasure. I worked for a dive company and spoke to her while arranging a trip. I think of her and pray for her soul every year on this date. I searched the wall at the 9/11 museum until I found her. She has stayed with me for 20 years and I will remember her name for the rest of my life. God bless her soul. May she Rest In Peace.

I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne at 3Com in the 1990s. She was such a delight and I always enjoyed our meetings together. She was extremely competent at her job, but more than that, she had such a beautiful smile and laugh and always made our meetings fun (hard to do when the subject matter was databases!).
She often talked about her husband Frank and my love and sympathy goes out to him.
I was devastated to learn she had died on 9/11. She was a great lady who I always remember on these anniversaries. We must never let time erase the memory of all those souls who died that day, 20 years ago. God bless you Suzanne and may you continue being an angel to Frank and all who loved you.

At the time of 911, I was scheduled to have a conference call with Suzanne when she returned from NY. I worked with IBM. I was so sad to hear the news about the plane she was on during the 911 horrific attacks. I still think about this often and how nice Suzanne was in our earlier calls. God Bless her family.

Yesterday was another day to remember you and miss you. Year 16 marked another milestone without your friendship. I can't begin to imagine how difficult it is for Frank and your whole family every September 11 and, in fact, every day of their lives. What an imprint you made here on earth and what a legacy you left to those who knew and loved you, and to all others whose lives crossed your path.

I got the opportunity this year at the pentagon, the day before my oldest daughter's retirement ceremony from the Air Force, to find and sit on the memorial bench that bore Suzanne's name. I was searching for her bench and almost gave up when as I was walking back to my husband and oldest daughter, something told me to turn around and Indid an there her bench was. To honor my business friend, I sat down and cried and said a prayer for her and her family. . I never got to meet her face to face, but over the years before she died we had became friends over the phone through our business calls. She was always friendly and helpful. The last business call we had I told her I quit my job in Ohio and was moving tonArizona and she told me if I ever had a chance to come out to California let her know , we could finally meet and put faces with voices. Unfortunately we never got to meet face to face. But I do have fond memories of our phone calls and telling each other about our families. You and you family are continuously in our prayers.
Another year may have passed but you are always in my thoughts.

I have had the pleasure of honoring Suzanne by riding for her in the "America's 911Ride". I have thought about her through the whole ride. I am an Air Force vet that deployed 3 times right after 9/11. This tragedy has affected so many lives and families and I cannot imagine the pain the her family has suffered. Please accept my condolences and prayers. I'll never forget! God rest her soul!!!

Suzanne, while we have many Cisco friends in common, I don't think we ever met. Since 2001 you've always been a ghost in my conscientiousness. On this 10 year anniversary, I am reminded of unspeakable events. There's a small garden patch and bench dedicated to you at work -- I stop to visit it every time I go to Building 10. Many, whether they knew you or not, have been touched by your life. We will never forget!

I'm remembering Suzanne today, in particular, because tomorrow my 14 year old son will go visit the Pentagon and will remember Suzanne on my behalf. I'm grateful to him for remembering that I lost a friend and that he wants to pay his respects to her while he's in Washington. Suzanne and I worked together at Cisco. I'm still in building 9 and think of her every time I walk by her garden or where her cubicle uses to be. You are remembered, Suzanne.
