I was saddened to learn that your mother had passed away. I have fond memories of my childhood when your family and mine lived one block apart in Waco, TX. By coincidence, when my mother left the VAH in Brockton, MA to accept the Chief Nurse position at Perry Point, MD, your father took my mother's place as Chief Nurse at the Brockton VA. My mother (85) highly valued her decades long friendship with both of your parents. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
