Patricia Horsman Obituary

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. Patricia (Sillars) Horsman, 45, of Virginia Beach, passed away Nov. 22, 2008, in her home. A native of Brockton, Mass., she had been formerly employed as a dispatcher with the Norfolk Police Department for a year and prior to that as dispatcher with the Massachusetts State Police for five years. She was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Mark. She is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer L. Rich and Melissa Rich, both of Virginia Beach; her son, Carl B. Rich of Virginia Beach; her mother, JoAnn Sillars; three brothers, John B. Sillars of Maine, Michael T. Sillars of Virginia Beach and David A. Sillars of Massachusetts; and a granddaughter, Addyson Leigh Adair of Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Kempsville Chapel, Friday, from 5 to 7 p.m., with a Christian funeral service to begin at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Foundation. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.- hollomon-brown.com.
