Dave was a fantastic, soft spoken guy, with a great sense of humor. At the funeral home tonight, looking at the many pictures displayed of just a fraction of Dave's life, I reflected on the time that I knew him. Dave you will be sorely missed.
I would like to extend my prayers to his family; my deepest condolences.
Life is measured in memories, not things;
In hopes fulfilled and manifested in our children's eyes.
In this realization, life is taken but never lost.
It lives forever, coloring each of our souls, and gracing our universe.

My prayers are with you in this difficult time. I worked with Dave approximately 18 years ago. I remember his sense of humor and also he was very consciences about his job. I would see him around town here and there and talk about past co-workers and catch up with things.

In addition to being a credit to his profession, he was a kind, friendly, and humorous person, with whom I enjoyed working a great deal.
