I have memories in my pocket.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I think of Catherine very often and remember when my daughter Jennifer died. People often ask me and I tell them you never get over your child's death, it doens't get better it gets different. So now you have an angel watching over you.

I felt the need to type to you tonight, to let you know that I have never forgotten your daughter's name, even though I do not know your family. I hope and pray that you have made it thru the toughest of times and that your faith holds you. I wanted to send my love as a Weymouth parent of a 17 & 20 yr old, which both are dedicated to wearing their seatbelts. Your words were heard.

Catherine will always be remembered as a beautiful and lovable girl...She is now at peace and looking over her family and friends keeping us safe. I do believe in angels and I do believe she is one. Your daughter Catherine was a beautiful girl inside and out and my husband, Mke, son Michael and myself all had the pleasure of having her in our lives. She was a kind and gentle friend to my daughter, Danielle. Danielle will forever have a void without Catherine in her life, but with that void, thousands of awesome memories. One distinct memory of my own is a few winters ago, Catherine joined us on our annual family trip to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. The girls had a blast. We asked Catherine if she had ever seen the White Mountains, or the Man in the Mountain and she said no. So, even though a blizzard was fast approaching us, my husband had to take Catherine to see the Man in the Mountain. He was so excited. We had a hectic and long ride home, but it was well worth it. Thinking of it now is making me smile. We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of your daughter, Catherine, but we know in our hearts you will all get through this together, day by day, minute by minute. Catherine will never be forgotten in our family. We will think of her daily, as well as all of you. I am incredibly sorry for your loss and that I could not attend the services for Catherine, as I am in school in Pittsburgh. Please know that my heart is with you. To Catherine's family, I taught both Cassie and Catherine CCD at Sacred Heart in the Landing when they were in the third grade respectively. Cassie invited me and my son, Patrick, to come to your house where I met Catherine and Candace and saw where Cassie had put the statue of St. Francis of Assisi from CCD class. It was a wonderful afternoon spent with a loving family! Catherine touched my heart to the point where I couldn't wait for CCD class! Cassie, you did the same, you prepared my heart for your sister! I wish I had had the opportunity to teach you, Candace, but my work hours changed and I was unable to make it to Sacred Heart on time. I will continue raising your family's name at the healing service I attend weekly here in Southern New Jersey! Catherine is in the arms of Our Lord, surrounded by Our Lady, St. Joseph and all the saints and angels! (Especially, St. Francis of Assisi - because of Catherine's loving kindness to God's little creatures! God Bless You and may He hold all of you in the Palm of His Hand! Catherine i met you in 6th grade. We instantly became best friends. You were my other half. You came camping with me and even on february vacation came up to new hampshire with me. And i remember on the way home it was a blizzard so we couldnt make it up the hill to your house. So we had to get out and walk you and all your luggage up the hill to your house. And we would always go to the movies with danny smith and mike yeagaeu and kelly alves and katelyn parker and dont forget andraya. And then in 8th grade blue house. Wow we had so many good times. Ms. tooey for homeroom haha me you and keith and danny and pat and miguel and manda and kevin and erica use to give her the hardest time. And there was one pair pf my pajamas that you absolutely loved. and everytime you would sleep over which was all the time you would wear them and accidentally foregt to give them back. They were my superman pajamas. You looked out for me so well. And member how we planned amandas surprise party with jimbo. That was so fun. You cared about everything i did and if i ever did something wrong you would be there to tell me it would all be ok. I use to call you all the time and vice versa and we would talk for hours. Or when we would go on the trampolin for hours with candace. And i remember your mom made us grilled cheese and tomatoes andi didnt like tomatoes but you promised me i would like the combination. I eat them all the time after that. Catherine i will always love you and you will always be one of my best friends. I wouldnt have traded our friendship for the world. All the money in the world could not make me as happy as you did. I know you looking down on me and the rest of us keeping us safe. You will never leave my mind. Not one day will go by that i wont think of how you touched my life and made it a hell of alot better than it was. Catherine i need to thank you for what you did for me. I love you and i will always love you untill the day i come up and join you. Save me a place up there please. Ill see you soon. I love you and i hope your happy up there. Because i know im miserable without you.
