My Dear Friend Marshall,I'm so very sorry to hear of the sudden loss of your father. Someone sent this to me at the loss of my Dad and I found it's wisdom comforting......We shed tears that you are gone, yet smile that you have lived. We close our eyes and wish you could have stayed longer, but we open our eyes and see all that you have left. Our lives seem empty because we cannot see you yet full of the love we shared. We try hard not to live yesterday and be happy for tomorrow. We are reminded daily that you are gone and cherish your memory. But, more than anything else we try doing what you would want us to do. Marshall you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Take good care of your Mom, she needs you now. If YOU need anything at all, I'm always here for you. Your Friend, Kathleen

Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you celebrate the life a Deacon Al...GOD'S SOLDIER, GOOD MAN, HUSBAND, FATHER and FRIEND. His spirit and smile will be greatly missed. We think of him and our Messiah family often, though we are no longer there, especially during a Patriot's game or whenever I make a coconut cake.
