Catherine McDonough Obituary

Duxbury Catherine J. (Hefferan) of Duxbury formerly of Hingham, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 13, 2008, with her family by her side. Devoted wife of the late Augustine J. McDonough. Catherine enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren. She loved to travel and enjoyed playing cards. Loving mother of Maureen A. Healey and her husband Thomas of Marshfield Hills. Grandmother of Veronica M. Kent and her husband Peter of Scituate, Thomas J. Healey and his wife Mary of Swampscott. Great grandmother of Haley, Peter and Nora Kent, Caitlin, Brigid, Erin and Thomas Healey. Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd., Scituate on Friday, July 18th at 9 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Christines Church, Rte. 3A, Marshfield, at 10AM. Interment in High Street Cemetery, Hingham. Visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sewing Seeds, P.O. Box 1001, Marshfield, MA 02050.
