Dorothea Donovan Obituary

Plymouth Dorothea Thea (Griffith) Donovan, 42, of Plymouth, suddenly July 18. Beloved wife of Robert Bob Donovan. Mother of John Donovan of Plymouth. She was the sister of Patricia Koski of Marshfield, Virginia Chaponis of Rockland and Barbara Duncan of Hanson. She also leaves several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Born in Weymouth, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy and the late Frederick Griffith of Rockland. She attended Rockland schools and had most recently worked at the deli at Stop & Shop Supermarket, and worked at Shacks Tailoring in Rockland, New England Art Publishing and MPG in the correlating department. Thea enjoyed her dogs, reading, fishing, the internet and loved the ocean and the beach. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th at 10 oclock at St. Bonaventures Church in Plymouth (Manomet). Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Route 3A, Plymouth (Manomet). Burial at the Manomet Cemetery.
