BEL AIR, MARYLAND George Edwin Smith, Jr., of Bel Air, formerly of Quincy, on July 26, 2008. Beloved husband of Dorothy Arlington Smith. Devoted father of Karen J. Robinson, Sandra A. Smith, George E. Smith, III, Kimberly D. Wilson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren. Services and interment are private. Arrangements are by the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services - Bel Air, 3 Newport Dr., (Rts. 23 & 24 - Forest Hill). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in George's name may be made to the American Heart Association, 415 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21201 or to Johns Hopkins Hospital, One Charles Center, 100 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
