Santa Donnarumma
October 28, 2008
To The Ilacqua Family & Charmaine and her family. Dear cousins, I recently heard of Mary's passing. I am devasted that I hadn't heard of her death. I spoke to her a week before she passed away. Mary and I were very close growing up. I used to spend two weeks of my summer vacation at her house in South Boston. Her mother Santa was one of my favorite cousins. My prayers are with you all. She will be sorely missed. She was such a wonderful person. I will never forget her. Love Cousin Santa (Squadrito) Donnarumma, Malden, Ma.

Charmaine, I'm sorry to hear about your mother. I remarried and moved out of the area so we lost touch. My kids haved moved back to Quincy though. I hope we can meet soon to catch up. My sincere condolences to you and your family. Your mother was a lovely and gracious woman.

Charmaine, Wanda & family,
Aunt Mary will truly be missed. She was one of my favorite aunts and she was like a sister to my mother. I guess she missed Mum alot and now they are together again and smiling down on us (and probably sharing a glass of wine or two!). You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I grew up with Mary in South Boston,
and graduated with her in 1943. She was always the smartest in our class. She was thoughtful, kind and
generous in her support of others.
she will be dearly missed.
She took wonderful care of her mother, sister Frances and all of her
family.
Her faith was her life..........
She is in a far better place today.
