To the Carpenter Family,
We are very sorry to hear about Gail's passing. It is so very hard to lose a sibling, especially an older one to whom you looked up to growing up. It was always a pleasure to run into your mother; her no nonsense outlook on life and her good humor -- Gail is in good company.
Sincere sympathy.

To the Carpenter Family,
Bless Gail, my best friend. Where we live we were together so much that when Gail and I went downstairs without the other, our friendly neighbors in our home would say, “Where’s your other half?” Gail was kind, loving and giving. We knew each other inside and out. I’m lost without her. She was so joyous to be around. If anyone needed anything, Gail would help and go out of her way to get it for them. Gail was like a loving child of God. A born-again Christian, sweet to everyone. I miss Gail so much. Peace to the Carpenter Family and remembrances of love for Gail. God bless you all! Gail is with the Lord now, in complete paradise.

Aunt Gail was a genuinely sweet and caring human being. She never failed to send a birthday or Christmas card, even after I moved across the country. She was a devoted sister to my mother, and a loving aunt to me. I hope that she finds the love and peace that she deserves wherever she is.

My Sweet Sister Gail.....I thank God everyday for having Gail in my life. She called me 3 sometimes 5 times a day, thinking of every reason for Carolyn, Valerie and myself to visit her. I am remembering the daily phone calls when before hanging up the phone I'd say "Love Ya", she'd say "yep" love ya Rich, and we'd go back & forth with "I Love Ya's" until she'd laugh and let out a long "RICH" okay bye. God, I'm going to miss her SO much. I'm grateful that I had many, many holidays, laughs and great conversations with her. Even happier to know that she finally had the chance to meet her daughters Stephanie and Dorothy, no one will ever know how much that meant to her

Gail, what can I say about Gail. She was a force of nature.Where ever Gail was ,you knew it .She loved everyone, especially her brother Richey. She never had a bad word to say. She was always smiling and had great faith in God and I know she is watching over all of us now. I will miss Gail, she was a beautiful person.

My Auntie Gail was one of the happiest people I have ever known. She was the most giving, loving, caring person. She would always put a smile on your face. She was so friendly and everybody knew her. She would give you the shirt off her back, even if she didnt know who you were. She was a genuinely good person with the biggest heart of anyone i will ever know. I will never know anyone like her. I will miss her so much.

I miss you and love you forever.

My Dearest Rick:

I know how much you will miss Gail's daily phone calls. I've been watching you the last couple of days and don't know quite how to console you. I find the best thing to do is let you alone with your feelings. You know I am there for you and your (our) family. I will miss Gail SO much. Please know that I am there for you. I love you. CeeCee

I will miss Gail more than anyone will ever know. The holidays, coming for burgers on the grill, and especially her upcoming 55th Birthday. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to know her, that last week we shared how we felt for each other when she told me I was like a sister to her, I told her she is my sister, she was so happy! I will miss her laughter, her tears, and the many talks we had together. I could say so much more, but Gail knew what I meant to her & what she meant to me. I will LOVE her and keep her close in my memories and my heart.

Gail was like an aunt to me. Always making me laugh with the silly things she would say and her funny laugh. My heart is heavy for Rick, Valerie, my mom (Carolyn) and the rest of her family. "Funny", Gail had already been talking about the holidays and especially looking forward to Christmas with us, how much we will miss her. Those who knew Gail could not help but love her. I will cherish the good times that I was "lucky" to have spent with her.

God Bless Gail & keep her close to you......

Richy, Billy and family, Paul and I are so sorry to hear abut Gail's passing. Losing a love one leaves such a hole in our hearts but our fond and happy memories allow us to keep them alive forever. As you know, I just lost my mom unexpectadly 3 weeks ago. She, like Gail, is in a better more peaceful place right now and rest assured we will meet them all again at a later time. Please know that I am praying for you all and I shall forever keep you all in my heart, thoughts and prayers. Suzette Cavanaugh and family

Gail loved people. She loved going out to eat with Bob. She loved being with Rick, Carolyn, and Val. She loved her best friend, Gerry. Everybody who knew Gail loved her. I always looked forward to getting cards from her. She had a very hearty laugh and a very generous spirit. Gail was special, and we will all miss her very much.

You know what they say about being beautiful on the inside, that was my beloved sister, Gail, in spades. She found beauty in everything and everyone and was thoughtful, considerate, sensitive, and loving to a fault. I will miss Gail's sense of humor more than anything. To hear her laugh made everything seem right. She had such a warm, tender heart. My guess is that Gail touched a lot of people and for those that didn't let her into their hearts, what a shame. They'll never know what they missed. I know she's in a better place now and is with the two members of our family that she held so dearly to her heart. I love you and miss you Gail! Until we meet again.
