Stasia was a wonderful first cousin. She just lived up the street so I got to know her from the time I was a child. She was very helpful to my mother, Beryl Reid. I went into the USAF in 1962 but I visited her just about every time I came home. She always welcomed me and we had many good times talking about the old days. I really miss those visits when I come home but I still look fondly on that white house at the end of Deldorf Street. I will be taking my son and his family to Deldorf so the grandkids will know where their grandfather lived his childhood. I wish I could take them to see Stasia.

Stasia was my favorite cousin since we both lived on Deldorf Street. I never missed visiting her whenever I would come to Quincy. She was not only a cousin but a friend who will be dearly missed by my family and I.
