Dear Family,
I just found the notice about Dr. Colpoys' passing.
I remember him as the Dr. who did my physical when I entered Catherine Laboure School of Nursing. Class 0f 1956)
I think he told me I had flat feet...however I worked many years as an Emergency Nurse and then 12 as a Patient Advocate. So I'm sure he meant it when he told me not to worry.

My sincere condolences.....RIP.

Please know of my prayers for Dr. Colpoys and his family. I truly regret I was unable to be present for the funeral services and apologize for being so late in my remembrance of him. He was a brilliant doctor and a great friend to many priests of the Archdiocese of Boston. He will be remembered often at Mass and in prayer. Sincerely,
(Rev.) Laurence Kelley

Mrs. Colpoys, Andrew and Family,
I would like to express my sympathy on your loss.
It was my pleasure to be a small part of your lives those now many years ago.
It is with fondest I remember his cheerful greeting and smile.
I will always remember the bit of summer warmth I felt on a cold fall or bitter winter day when I saw the geraniums he wintered on the sill of the bay window.
A quote from St. Vincent de Paul, "If God is the center of your life, no words are necessary. Your mere presence will touch hearts."
I feel this is an appropriate quote for his life, for I know he touched mine.
God Bless and may your many happy memories help you through this sad time.
Fondly, Bea Hopkins Foxboro
