Frank was a member of Knights of Lithuania and a communicant of St. Casimir Church, and enjoyed gardening and rides to the Scituate area for dinners and seawatching. Frank was an extremely friendly and courteous gentleman. He always had a smile on his face and he was a true public servant. Having covered City Hall for years on Brockton Community Access Frank was someone who always gave you a straight answer. He will truly be missed by myself and many others!
