Dear Andrea, Billy, Greg, Anne, George and family:
Once in a lifetime a person comes along and affects you in a way that words can never describe. A person who displays selflessness even in the face of adversity. A person who, to spite his own problems, brings a smile and a sense of comfort to the table each and every time. A person who, if listened to, teaches lessons of life no book could ever teach. A friend without conditions - without judgement - without deception. The world lost a soldier of humanity and love and will be missed by all who know him. His spirit will live forever and I will cherish all of the memories of Jeff. My heart hangs heavily at his loss and cries out for sympathy for all of you. May God bless Jeff and all of you.
