To the Loomis Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Although I haven't met most of you, I do remember 'Duke' when I worked at Hendrie's in the late 50's and early 60's I worked in the office and Mr. Francis Murphy and Bob Spears were my 'bosses'. It was a wonderful place to work. Lots of great memories. Lots of great people. I know he will be missed by all who knew him. Oh, yes, time marches on for all of us..I will soon be 83.

Dear Betty and Family
What a wonderful man and great friend Duke was to all. We will miss him so much, he was such a great story teller and we will all remember his stories and humor. We are so grateful to have shared so many years of friendship with Duke.
May God Bless you all.

To Betty, Ken, Jeff, Alan and Family:
You have our deepest condolences in 'Duke's' passing. I have a lot of great memories from the days back at Hendrie's, working with Duke and all 3 Loomis brothers. He was one of those 'larger than life' figures and I was very sorry to hear of his passing.

Mr. Loomis,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Naval Construction Battalions in the Pacific during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
