Amanda M. Jacobson DEDHAM Amanda M. (Osols) Jacobson, of Dedham October 14, 2008 at Ellis Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Norwood. She was 92. Born in Latvia the daughter of the late Karl and Matilda (Dadsis) Osols. She was a resident of Dedham for 65 years. Beloved wife of the late John A. Jacobson. Devoted mother of Arthur W. Jacobson and his wife Judith of Norwell. Grandmother of Arthur W. Jacobson, Jr. of Plainville and Mark M. Jacobson and his wife Effie of Foxboro. Funeral Service at the George F. Doherty & Sons, Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, Saturday at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Friday, 5-8 p.m. Interment Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. Amanda was such a beloved neighbor and friend. My heart aches when I look at the empty house next door. We were neighbors for 25 years. I always enjoyed talking with her, especially about her gardening. I was always amazed at the tomatoes she grew every year, they were perfect. She always was interested in what I was up to and how my family was doing. I will miss her....
