Albert Ring

WEYMOUTH Albert "Ken" Ring, passed away at the Oak Knoll Healthcare Center in Framingham on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at the age of 98. Ken was the husband of the late Anna F. (Curran) Ring. He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Hetherington of Framingham; 2 grandchildren, Cristin Wyckstrom and her husband John of Hudson and Karen Hetherington and her husband Peter Drake of Northborough and 2 great-grandchildren, Rianne Wyckstrom of Hudson and Joshua Drake of Northborough. Mr. Ring was born in Kemptville, Nova Scotia, lived in Weymouth from 1942 to 2008 before moving in with his daughter in Framingham for the last 4 years. Ken enjoyed working for various Machine Shops on the South Shore working until he was 90 years old. Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral at the C.C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.), S. Weymouth on Monday, October 20 at 11 a.m. and the visiting hours on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. Interment will be in the Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
